Excellent service from Tom. I didn’t even know this type of service existed before working with Black Tie Leasing. Tom was happy to get me prices, information and reviews on multiple cars across a variety of price ranges. He worked tirelessly. He was patient as I changed my mind. He answered all questions and got answers if he wasn’t sure. He followed up but also gave space as I was deciding. Paperwork was quick and easy and done at home. Car was delivered to my house.....AMAZING . He did everything, the only thing I had to do was test drive the car beforehand. Would recommend and use Black Tie Leasing again and will tell all my friends and family to use them too. Not sure I’ll ever sit for prices at a dealer ever again.

This was my first experience with a leasing company and Tom at black tie leasing was amazing throughout the entire experience! Process was all done via phone, didn’t need to go into the offices at all and Tom took care of everything. Very professional, and was able to get me everything I wanted in a vehicle for a very reasonable price. He was able to get me a great deal for a 2020 Nissan rouge sport & was delivered to my door in less than a week from our first conversation! So happy with my new car & had a wonderful experience from start to finish & will be definitely coming back for my next lease! 🙂

Tom did a great job in finding exactly what I asked for, and at a cheaper price than expected. The delivery was seamless, and the paperwork portion took less than 10 minutes. I can't express how glad I was to not have to go to a dealership in person and deal with that headache.
